I encountered this band when they opened for Abandoned Pools last month. The show itself was unfortunate through no fault of their own. At the merch booth they were giving away free copies of Demo II.

1. Back Track - I liked the intro, it builds the pace, launches it into a fun feeling track. I would say it's the best of the three, the music worked really well and the vocals felt natural.

2. Loss Prevention - The guitar work seemed to stand out the most, but I can't say thats enough to save the song. Towards the end you feel like you're listening to a poorly done ska track.

3. Stand Still - Things seemed to flow much better on this track. It still has the indie rock sound, but this is the one that reaches for something higher.

Overall:
It was free and I'm thankful for that. You get a solid 15 minutes of music but really its nothing that we havn't already heard before. "Back Track" is probably the standout track, although I wouldn't call it that commercially viable.
